Lockdown Practise
Last week we had a lockdown practise. We know that if we hear the lockdown bell we need to
- stay inside or go to the nearest open building.
- lie down on my tummy in the middle of the floor and rest my head.
- be very quiet and patient. We may have to lie still for a very long time.
It is a good time to practise our mindful breathing.

Collaborative Art with our Year 6 Buddies
Stem Challenge-Bridge Building
For our Friday STEM Challenge we were asked to build the strongest bridge using a piece of paper and tape.
We were left with a lot of wonderings.
We wondered how the shape of a bridge changes its strength?
Why did some teddies balance on the bridge and some didn't?
Would the use of extra tape change the strength?
Does the length between the two surfaces make a difference to the bridges strength?
