Paper Shoes
For our STEM Challenge today we started by reading a book called"Mum's Shoes" In the book Mum ends up making a shoe out of paper. So we decided we would try to also.
It was a great problem solving activity. Some children used their school shoes as an outline to get some shape and size. We made a wide variety of styles and shapes.

Pajama Day
Thanks to everyone in Room 21. We raised $63 and 7 pairs of pajamas for the children at Middlemore.

Josephine Teaches the Class
Today Josephine taught the class how to make a dog out of paper.
Thank you Jospehine for being our class expert.
Also a special mention to Arya who taught the class how to make a fan out of paper. I'm sorry I did not get a photo.
